Florida Courts Launch Statewide CaseAccess for Record Research

Zephyrhills legal professionals and researchers now have access to a new statewide tool for court case information. CaseAccess, a subscription service available through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, aims to streamline research across all 67 Florida counties. This service benefits users who previously made extensive trips to consult records in other parts of the state.

Private attorneys, legal professionals and public researchers who frequently need to search case information from multiple jurisdictions can use CaseAccess. The platform consolidates Clerk-sourced case data into a single, secure system, allowing users to search the Comprehensive Case Information System from anywhere.

Subscribing to CaseAccess requires an active account on the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. Users can manage their subscription by selecting "CaseAccess Subscription" after logging in. Creating an E-Filing Portal account is free; CaseAccess is a paid service.

Monthly subscriptions cost $20, and annual subscriptions are $200. These fees support the technology, processing, security, daily updates, maintenance and customer service for the research platform. The fee provides access to the enhanced search experience and related services, not ownership of public court information.

Public court information remains accessible without charge through individual Clerks' offices. CaseAccess offers a convenience for those conducting extensive research across various Florida counties.
