Welcome to the City of Lauderdale Lakes Financial Services Division Mission The mission of the Financial Services Division is to responsibly and professionally manage the financial affairs of the City of Lauderdale Lakes. We are dedicated to maintaining and strengthening the City’s financial integrity and reputation while providing efficient support services to our residents and City operations. Our Focus The Financial Services Division operates through five key areas, each playing a vital role in the financial health and stability of our City: Administration Division – Oversees strategic financial planning and policy implementation to achieve long-term goals. Operations Division – Manages day-to-day financial functions, ensuring seamless financial transactions and reporting. Information Technology Division – Supports and enhances City services through innovative technology solutions and infrastructure. Accounting and Financial Management – Maintains accurate financial records and ensures compliance with accounting standards. Purchasing – Facilitates the procurement of goods and services in a transparent and cost-effective manner.
