Panama City Beach is a beautiful venue with great weather which attracts millions of visitors each year. As such, the City is home to dozens of special events each year. We welcome all those who have chosen our City for your event, whether it is a massive concert, a wine tasting, or a wedding. Welcome!

Insurance Requirements for Procurements & Special Events
Location
Where are you planning your event? To see the Panama City Beach city limits, you can use our multilayer city address lookup map. If your location is not in our City limits, it may be in unincorporated Bay County, and you would need to contact the Bay County Offices at 850-234-8540.
Beach Bonfires
A permit is required for a beach bonfire in Panama City Beach. Only vendors registered with the City are allowed to apply for beachside fire permits.
Weddings
Many people choose to exchange vows on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. For weddings on the beach inside of our City limits, a permit may be required. Please visit our beach wedding information page for additional information.
Turtle Nesting Season Considerations
Turtle Nesting Season is May 1 through October 31. During this season, additional requirements and/or restrictions may affect your event.
