"The Audit Committee of the City of Panama City Beach will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. This meeting is open to the public. The agenda for this meeting will include, but not necessarily be limited to, an overview of the City’s Annual Financial Statements for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and the Community Redevelopment Agency Financial Statements for fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. Notice is hereby provided that one or more members of other city boards may attend and speak at this meeting. Copies of the agenda may be obtained by contacting Lynne Fasone, City Clerk at [email protected] or (850) 233-5100. Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should please contact the City Clerk at City Hall, 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida, 32413 or by phone at (850) 233-5100 at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting. "Apply for a Bonfire, Fireworks, or Special Event Permit Panama City Beach is a beautiful venue with great weather which attracts millions of visitors each year. As such, the City is home to dozens of special events each year. We welcome all those who have chosen our City for your event, whether it is a massive concert, a wine tasting, or a wedding. Welcome! We have compiled the information you will need to know regarding the special event process. Further questions can be emailed to Special Event Permits. Insurance Requirements for Procurements & Special Events Location Where are you planning your event? To see the Panama City Beach city limits, you can use our multilayer city address lookup map. If your location is not in our City limits, it may be in unincorporated Bay County, and you would need to contact the Bay County Offices at 850-234-8540. Beach Bonfires A permit is required for a beach bonfire in Panama City Beach. Only vendors registered with the City are allowed to apply for beachside fire permits. Weddings Many people choose to exchange vows on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. For weddings on the beach inside of our City limits, a permit may be required. Please visit our beach wedding information page for additional information. Turtle Nesting Season Considerations Turtle Nesting Season is May 1 through October 31. During this season, additional requirements and/or restrictions may affect your event. "Panama City Beach Aquatic Center offers year-round programming in a heated and cooled 50-meter pool as well as seasonal recreational programming.
