BLM Releases San Rafael Swell Travel Plan Drafts for Public Input

The Bureau of Land Management's Price Field Office released preliminary documents Tuesday outlining proposed travel network changes for motorized vehicles in central Utah's San Rafael Swell area. These documents, which aim to increase public transparency, offer several alternatives for public review and comment.

The preliminary alternatives consider both public land user access and the protection of natural and cultural resources. The BLM states these documents form the foundation for its planning efforts.

Residents and stakeholders will have an opportunity to review the alternatives and provide feedback during a forthcoming public comment period. The BLM has not yet announced the specific dates for this period.
