Palm Harbor Services Board Reviews Finances & Park Projects

The Palm Harbor Community Services Agency, Inc. (PHCSA) board met June 17, 2026, at the East Lake Library. Chairman John Holbach led the meeting, which included approving minutes from the May 20, 2026 session and reviewing financial reports and director's updates from East Lake and Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation departments and the East Lake Library.

Directors presented monthly financials and reports for East Lake Parks & Recreation and Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation for approval. Under new business, Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation planned to discuss Purple Heart Park and the Palm Field Lighting Project.

The East Lake Library and Palm Harbor Library also presented their monthly financials and director's reports for approval. The Audit Committee, represented by Dan Wendol, planned to discuss a Request for Proposals for auditors. Agency new business also included discussions on political signs on PHCSA property, banking practices, and property tax reform.

The board planned to set the next meeting date for July 15, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation.
