Palm Beach Gardens: Create ACCELA Account for City Services

Palm Beach Gardens residents can now manage utility services, submit work order requests and apply for exterior modifications through an ACCELA account. The online platform aims to simplify resident interactions with city services.

To create an account, go to babcockranchliving.com. Click the green leaf icon, labeled 'Architectural Change.' This directs users to a page where they must click a blue button reading 'Click here to submit an architectural review application.'

Next, click 'Create an Account.' Fill in the required fields on the registration form. After entering your information, select the checkbox to agree to the Terms of Service and click 'Continue.'

On the following screen, select 'Individual' as the account type. Enter your first name, last name and street address. Then, provide your city, state, ZIP code, phone number and email address. Click 'Submit' once all fields are complete. A confirmation message will read, 'Congratulations your account is successfully registered!'

An active ACCELA account allows residents to start a new Utility Request, submit a Work Order or begin an Architectural Change Application by clicking the 'New' button on their dashboard.
