Palm Beach Residents Can Apply Online for Boards, Commissions

Residents interested in serving on a Town of Palm Beach board or commission can now apply through a streamlined online process. The town's main webpage features a "Apply for a Board or Commission" link. Applicants can save their progress and return to a draft application for up to 60 days.

Applicants must select a specific board or commission. Applications for positions with no current openings are marked as denied but remain on file until Dec. 15 for consideration in future openings.

Applicants must affirm their residency within the Town of Palm Beach or status as a registered voter, unless applying for a non-resident position. This affirmation is completed with a digital signature. Proof of residency or voter information will be required if an application is accepted. All submitted applications are public records, per Florida Statute 119.07.

Applicants may attach a resume or other supporting documents. The process concludes with answering questions, reviewing responsibilities, and a final signature. Applicants must confirm they are not a robot to submit. A PDF copy of the application is available for download.

For questions, contact the Town Clerk's office.
