Land Development Code Amendments - October 3, 2024 The Bay County Department of Planning and Zoning is proposing amendments to the Land Development Code. The Department recommends amending Section 3.03.05, RV Parks and Campgrounds. The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed amendments on October 3, 2024, at 9:00 am at the Bay County Government Center, 840 W. 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.
