NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Tequesta, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 357 Tequesta Drive, Tequesta, Florida, on June 6, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 681-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF TEQUESTA LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS BY AMENDING SECTION 98-943, ENTITLED “VACATION RENTALS,” TO PROVIDE STANDARDS FOR VACATION RENTALS INTENDED TO MINIMIZE ADVERSE IMPACTS ON RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to amend the Village of Tequesta Land Development Regulations by amending Section 98-943, entitled “Vacation Rentals,” to provide standards for vacation rentals intended to minimize adverse impacts on residential neighborhoods.
