NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Destin, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR EACH FUND; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 4200 Two Trees Road, Destin, Florida. All interested parties may appear and be heard regarding the proposed budget. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 4200 Two Trees Road, Destin, Florida, during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any person deciding to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
