Manalapan Library Hosted Diverse Events in 2026

The Manalapan Library welcomed residents with a variety of community events throughout 2026. Offerings included book sales, lectures, and "Meet Me at the Library" programs.

The 2026 Party & Lecture Series featured book sales on Feb. 4, Feb. 6, and Feb. 7. Local historian Harvey Oyer lectured on Feb. 19, followed by a performance by The Boston Trio on March 12. The series concluded with a "House Love Book Lecture" on April 9.

"Meet Me at the Library" events provided practical skills and literary discussions. A Basic First Aid session occurred Jan. 27, and a Water Safety program took place Feb. 10. Book club discussions included "The Correspondent" on Feb. 18, "The True Story of Raja" on March 18, "Theo of Golden" on April 15, and "Strangers" on May 13. Participants learned "Intro to Mahjong" on Feb. 23, and the library hosted a "Read for the Record" event on Feb. 26.

Looking ahead, the library will host a book club meeting Oct. 14 to discuss "Culpability." Residents can sign up for Monday Game Day.
