West Mifflin Borough Fall Clean Up The West Mifflin Borough Fall Clean Up will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Public Works Garage located at 81 Homestead Duquesne Road, West Mifflin, PA 15122. Residents can dispose of unwanted items at no cost. There is a limit of 4 tires per household. We WILL NOT accept tires from businesses. We WILL NOT accept electronics. We WILL NOT accept construction materials. This is for West Mifflin Residents ONLY. Please bring Proof of Residency.
