Palatka St. Johns Avenue Streetscape Construction Begins

Palatka begins phased construction on the St. Johns Avenue Streetscape Improvement Project, covering the 400 through 1100 blocks. Workers will install new sidewalks, underground electrical infrastructure for street lighting, landscaping, trees, benches, bike racks, and trash receptacles.

Each block will take approximately five weeks to complete, with two weeks allocated per sidewalk side and one week for weather delays.
