North Miami CRA Advisory Committee Meets Monthly

North Miami's Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Advisory Committee meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Monday of each month in the Council Chambers at 776 NE 125 Street.

The seven-member committee advises the CRA Board on assigned matters. The board appoints one member who must reside or own a business in North Miami. Two at-large members, who must be city residents, also serve.

District 2, District 3 and one at-large position are currently vacant. Chairman Kenneth Each, Michael McDearmaid (District 1) and Edwige Clark (District 4) have terms ending Nov. 19, 2024. Ashaki Bronson-Marcellus, a business owner, holds another at-large position with a term also ending in November 2024.

Residents interested in North Miami's redevelopment or applying for a vacant position may attend the public meetings. The committee's rules were established by Resolution R-8-2005-4 on Aug. 9, 2005, and amended by Resolution R-2023-016 on June 13, 2023.
