Another interior build-out, valued at $12,000, was finalized on August 27, 2026, for a property at 3476 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. This project included the addition of a new bathroom and a partition wall. Additionally, a $40,000 project to convert vacant space into a hair salon at 1528 Jackson St was finalized on August 19, 2026.

A substantial commercial renovation project at 2075 W First St, with a valuation of $760,000, was finalized on August 20, 2026. This extensive renovation included interior build-out of the first and second floors and the lobby, exterior building improvements, full HVAC replacement, electrical upgrades, a new curtainwall, new windows, and new flood doors. A revision dated February 12, 2025, indicated that floodproofing of the first floor was no longer planned, and exterior work was minimized to just paint and storefront replacement.
