NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Judicial Ditch 2 Petition to Transfer to City of Bemidji Notice is hereby given that the Beltrami County Board of Commissioners, acting as the Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 2, will hold a public hearing on a petition received to transfer jurisdiction of Judicial Ditch 2 to the City of Bemidji. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the County Board Room, at the Administration Building, at 701 Minnesota Avenue NW, in Bemidji. Judicial Ditch 2 is located within the City of Bemidji and begins near the City Park along 23rd St NW and outlets into Lake Irving.
