US 113 The plan developed as part of the US 113 North-South Study has been formally adopted as the official plan for the Corridor Capacity Preservation Program. Some locations have projects in design or construction, these projects have been updated since the lastes plan. All development shall still conform to the CCPP Program Guide. Ellendale Under verbal agreement with the Town of Ellendale, selection of a preferred alternative is deferred until the intersection of US 113 and SR 16 reaches capacity.
