Pasco County Vacant Property Registration Now Online

Pasco County introduced an online registration tool for vacant properties and residential rentals with four units or fewer. Registration remains free.

Property owners in unincorporated Pasco must register their properties by April 30, 2026. The process takes minutes and requires annual renewal.

The county uses the registration data to respond quickly to safety issues and emergencies. Property owners who fail to register after receiving a Code Compliance warning have 30 days to comply. Those who don't face fines of $500 per day.
