Notice of Public Hearing Board of County Commissioners The Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Robert M. Foster Justice Center, 76347 Veteran’s Way, Yulee, Florida in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Small Scale Amendment 24-004 to the Future Land Use Map to change the land use designation from Residential-6 (RES-6) to Commercial General (CG) on approximately 4.89 acres. The subject property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Blackrock Road and FL-200, Yulee, Florida. The applicant is seeking this change to allow for future commercial development.
