NOTICE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that the City Commission of the City of Lake Mary, Florida, will hold public hearings to consider the following ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKE MARY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 5.02.06, PARKING AND STORAGE OF CERTAIN VEHICLES, OF ARTICLE V, LAND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, TO PROVIDE REGULATIONS FOR THE PARKING AND/OR STORAGE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PARKED AND/OR STORED ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Said public hearings will be held at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary, Florida, at 6:00 p.m. on June 6, 2024, and June 20, 2024. A copy of this notice and the proposed ordinance are on file in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 100 N. Country Club Road, Lake Mary, Florida, and is available for inspection by the public during normal business hours. Any person desiring to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at any such meeting will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, and such person will be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of such record.
