News Release - Colorado Secretary of State News Release State of Colorado Department of State 1700 Broadway Suite 550 Denver, CO 80290 Jena Griswold Secretary of State Andrew Kline Deputy Secretary of State Media contacts 303-860-6903 Jack Todd [email protected] China Scroggins [email protected] RTD Candidates Coleman Erickson, John Glenn Qualify for General Election Ballot Denver, July 7, 2026 - The Elections Division of the Colorado Secretary of State's Office announced today that Coleman Erickson, nonpartisan candidate for RTD Board of Directors District J, and John Glenn, nonpartisan candidate for RTD Board of Directors District B, have submitted the required number of signatures to appear on the November 3, 2026 General Election ballot. Candidates for RTD Board of Directors are required to collect 250 signatures within their district as required by C.R.S. 32-9-111(5)(a). Coleman Erickson submitted 327 valid signatures and John Glenn submitted 369 valid signatures. Both eclipsed the 250-signature threshold. Coleman Erickson Petition Verification Summary: Number of qualified signatures submitted: 479 Number of entries rejected: 152 Number of entries accepted: 327 Number of valid signatures required: 250 John Glenn Petition Verification Summary: Number of qualified signatures submitted: 432 Number of entries rejected: 63 Number of entries accepted: 369 Number of valid signatures required: 250 A record of all accepted and rejected signatures, including reasons for each rejection is on file with the Secretary of State.

So far, 1,472,666 ballots have been returned statewide.
