Democratic Arkansas House candidate says GOP opponent may have committed 'voter fraud'

An Arkansas House race is heating up. Democratic District 71 candidate Cassandra Mayes is alleging that her Republican opponent, former state Representative Stephen Bright, may have committed voter fraud.
