The City of Fort Pierce invites job seekers to explore career opportunities with the City’s Public Works Department during a Public Works Job Fair on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the River Walk Center, 600 North Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, FL 34950. Coordinated by the City of Fort Pierce Human Resources Department in partnership with CareerSource Research Coast, the job fair will focus exclusively on career opportunities within the Public Works Department. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet City staff, learn more about available positions, ask questions, and discover what it is like to build a career serving the Fort Pierce community. Job seekers are asked to bring copies of their résumé and come prepared to speak with representatives about current employment opportunities.
