WCRR Online Auction | Fairbanks North Star Borough, AK Round 2 of the Online Auction Sale provides eligible participants worldwide the opportunity to bid online for available parcels within the West Chatanika River Recreation Subdivision. Bids may be submitted through the online auction platform during the auction period. At the close of the auction period, parcels will be awarded to the highest qualified bidders. Eligibility Requirements: Round 2 of the Online Auction will be open to both Alaska and non-Alaska residents. Eligible bidders must: Be a “natural person”, meaning a human being (not a corporation, partnership, or other business entity) Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must not be delinquent in any property tax or other financial obligation to the Borough.
