Building Community through Events One of the primary objectives of the Rockledge Community Redevelopment Plan is to return people to and generate increased interest in the vital areas of the City. One way in which this goal is achieved is through community events and activities. Outlined in this section are some examples of signature events that are sponsored by the Community Redevelopment Agency, as well as other community events that the Agency helps to promote. In the spirit of partnership and collaboration, the Agency also assists in advertising the events of a variety of other community-based organizations.
