Miami Gardens Launches Online Portal for Mixed-Use Site Plans

Developers seeking to submit new mixed-use site plans in Miami Gardens now have a dedicated online portal. The city established the portal to standardize the application process.

Applicants must first register for an online customer account to access the “NEW MIXED USE SITE PLAN” application. The city recommends accessing the portal from a computer without a firewall, using the Chrome browser. All uploaded documents must be in PDF format and cannot be password-protected or encrypted. A “Forgot Username” tool is available for users experiencing login issues.
