Miami Special Magistrate Hearing Tackles Code Violations

Miami residents may recall a Special Magistrate Hearing held Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the City Hall Commission Chambers. The hearing, which began at 9:30 a.m., addressed several code violations across the city.

These hearings are vital for maintaining community standards and enforcing local ordinances, covering issues from property safety and cleanliness to unpermitted work.

Among those appearing, Oscar and Sonia Perez faced a violation at 10775 SW 4 ST concerning property safety and cleanliness, a septic tank issue, and unpermitted work. APAES Investment Holdings LLC, at 1470 NW 107 AVE 22U, and APAPES 21T LLC/PICARA HAIR, at 1470 NW 107 AVE 21T, both had cases regarding unpermitted work. VANPAG Investments LLC / DAMARYS AND CO, for a property at 10887 NW 17 ST 111, faced multiple violations including 25-3 CU-24-25 and 62-48 BTR 24-25. Raul Cruz Est., at 10232 SW Flagler Ter, was cited for residential property conditions. F98 1 LLC, at 12401 NW 12 ST, faced a violation for trash accumulation. Pedro Del Corto and Ingrid Hidalgo / SUPPLIES PLUS, at 13473 NW 19 LN, also had multiple violations, including alarm registration, 25-3 CU 24-25, and 62-48 BTR 24-25. Officer Thomas Vazquez was assigned to the F98 1 LLC and Pedro Del Corto and Ingrid Hidalgo / SUPPLIES PLUS cases.
