Miami PBA & City Negotiate 2026-2029 Police Contract

The City of Miami and the Miami-Dade County Police Benevolent Association (PBA) will meet to negotiate a new contract for 2026 through 2029. The collective bargaining session is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2026, in the Commission Chambers at City Hall, 500 SW 109 Avenue in Sweetwater.

The negotiations will set the terms of employment for PBA-represented law enforcement officers, including salaries, benefits, and working conditions.
