CITY OF ANNA MARIA NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF LOCAL STATE OF EMERGENCY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Local State of Emergency declared by the City of Anna Maria on April 2, 2021, and extended on April 9, 2021, is hereby extended, pursuant to Section 252.38(3)(a), Florida Statutes. This extension is necessary to continue to take measures to ensure the protection of property, public health, safety and welfare, and to address the ongoing situation with Piney Point.
