Niños Pequeños Preschool: Spanish Immersion & Play in Doral

Doral parents seeking a comprehensive early learning environment for young children can explore Niños Pequeños, a private preschool, daycare, and elementary school. The institution, located in Doral, focuses on immersive Spanish language learning, imaginative play, and research-based curricula.

Niños Pequeños features themed classrooms, including popular characters like Nemo, Mickey Mouse, and those from Frozen, designed to engage toddlers aged 1-2. Daily lessons occur entirely in Spanish, a method research indicates improves oral comprehension, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. This Spanish immersion also connects children with Hispanic culture, a prominent part of the Doral community.

The curriculum follows the Frog Street© program, which combines play, hands-on activities, and age-appropriate lessons. The school emphasizes literacy, including interactive read-aloud sessions and independent reading time, to prepare children for kindergarten. Small class sizes, with fewer students than state standards, ensure personalized attention for each child.

The school provides daily outdoor playtime on a dedicated playground with a basketball court and gardens. Additional enrichment programs such as dance, ballet, and soccer are available. Safety measures include restricted access controls, security cameras, privacy fences, and CPR-certified staff.

Niños Pequeños offers a nut-free kitchen, preparing breakfast, lunch, and snacks daily at no additional cost. Toys and utensils are disinfected using ZONO™ technology, which uses natural methods to eliminate up to 99.9% of germs. Parents interested in pricing or scheduling a visit should inquire directly with the school.
