Jamestown Man Charged in Federal Meth Distribution Case

Jamestown, N.Y. – A Jamestown resident faces a federal drug charge following an investigation by the Homeland Security Task Force. Koran Leeper, 54, was arrested and charged by complaint with possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

The U.S. Attorney's office announced the arrest Tuesday. If convicted, Leeper faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life imprisonment.
