Airgas Acquires DRM Industries RADNOR, Pa., July 11, 2023 – Airgas, Inc., an Air Liquide company, today announced it has acquired DRM Industries, a leading provider of on-site gas generation solutions. This acquisition will enhance Airgas’ capabilities to provide its customers with customized gas solutions and further strengthens Air Liquide’s position in the U.S. market.
