Home delivered meals are available to homebound residents 60 or older (spouses and disabled dependents of any age). This program provides a nutritionally well-balanced meal to help maintain health and wellbeing as well as daily contact which offers vital support to the functionally impaired elderly, their families, and caregivers. Hot meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. All home delivered meal participants receive a complete in-home assessment by our program staff to determine eligibility for home delivered meals as well as other benefits and services they may be entitled to. Assistance is provided by our staff in completing benefit applications for eligible seniors. Suggested contribution for each meal is $5.Suggested contributions are voluntary and anonymous.
