Ohio lottery players are still chasing a massive prize after Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing yielded no jackpot winner. The grand prize has now ballooned to an estimated $244 million, with a cash option of $103.5 million.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday, September 15, 2026, drawing were 27-36-43-57-58, with a Mega Ball of 16. Despite the anticipation, no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the top prize.

This latest surge in the jackpot amount follows a period of sustained growth since a Florida player won $800 million on July 28, 2026. The prize is now one of the largest available in the United States.

For those hoping to try their luck, the next Mega Millions drawing is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11 p.m. ET. Tickets can be purchased at authorized lottery retailers across Ohio and other participating states.

Players select five numbers from 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 24. Those who prefer not to choose their own numbers can opt for a Quick Pick or Easy Pick, which generates random numbers. Recent changes to Mega Millions tickets now include a built-in multiplier that automatically increases non-jackpot prizes by two to 10 times, without an additional cost.
