Annual "Meet the Teacher" Event Join us for our annual "Meet the Teacher" event on Tuesday, August 13th, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity for students and parents to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and get acquainted with the school environment before the official start of the school year. The annual Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Melrose Elementary School! This year's theme is "Reading is Magic" and promises to be an exciting event for students, staff, and families. **Dates:** October 14th - October 18th, 2024 **Hours:** During regular school hours (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) **Location:** Melrose Elementary School Library Come discover a wide variety of books for all ages and reading interests, from picture books to young adult novels, as well as educational items and school supplies. Purchasing books at the fair directly supports our school's library and helps fund new acquisitions and literacy programs. **Special Event: Family Night!** Join us for a special Family Night on **Wednesday, October 16th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM**. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to browse the book fair together, enjoy some light refreshments, and connect with other members of our school community. Students who attend with their families will receive a special giveaway. We encourage all students and families to participate in the Book Fair. It's a fantastic way to foster a love of reading and to find great books for home. Every purchase makes a difference! See you at the Book Fair!
