The Berks County Office of Election Services is happy to announce that ballots are available for over-the-counter voting for the 2026 General Election at the main office in the Berks County Services Center. The Election Services main office is located at 633 Court Street, 1st Floor in Reading. Voters interested in this service must come to the office to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot in-person.
