Construction has begun on an $18 million amenity campus at the Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch community in Parrish. PulteGroup, the national builder, broke ground on the Foundry Clubhouse and the adjoining Wellspring Wellness Center. This represents a significant investment in the community, which started welcoming residents earlier this year and is the first Del Webb community in Florida.

The new campus will enhance the lifestyle offerings for residents of all ages at Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch. Del Webb launched the "Explore" brand to attract a broader demographic, including those who desire an active lifestyle without an age restriction. This Parrish development is the second "Explore by Del Webb" community nationwide.

The 17,300-square-foot Foundry Clubhouse will feature the Copper Barrel Bar & Grille, Cork & Key Wine Lounge, The Xchange Café, and an Iron Forge golf simulator lounge. The Wellspring Wellness Center will include infrared saunas with red-light therapy, a cold plunge, a massage room, a fitness center, and a movement studio. Outdoor amenities will offer a swimming pool with cabanas, a lazy river, shaded pickleball courts, a yoga lawn, walking trails, and a dog park.

Sean Strickler, president of PulteGroup’s west Florida division, said the campus "will make it easy for residents to connect, recharge and enjoy more of what matters — right within their neighborhood." The amenity campus construction is expected to finish in 2028. New homes at Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch range from the mid-$300,000s to $900,000s, with residences from 1,500 to 3,400 square feet.
