This rainfall has the potential for moderate flooding, which may lead to evacuations and rescues. Rivers, creeks, and small streams may overflow, and floodwaters could enter structures. Residents in areas vulnerable to flooding should take protective actions now. Hazardous driving conditions are expected, and some road and bridge closures are possible.
