Book Passport Appointment

Schedule An Appointment | USPS Alert: Please complete and print your passport application form before you apply: https://pptform.state.gov. Schedule an Appointment Manage Appointments FAQs Step 1: Choose a Service Service Type options: - New Passport Only - New Passport with Photo Services - Passport Renewal - Digital Photo Services Only - Hard Copy Photo Services Only Adult(s): Select 0-6 Minor(s) under 16 years old: Select 0-6 Step 2: Search by Location or Date Search for Post Offices that provide passport services using City and State or ZIP Code with radius options: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100 miles. You'll only see appointments for the 5 closest locations. Search for appointments up to 4 weeks from now. Appointments are not available on holidays. Step 3: Select a Time Select a time from available appointments. Appointments take approximately 15 minutes per person. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Appointment times reflect the proper time zone of the Passport Acceptance Facility. Step 4: Provide Contact Information Provide First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Verification method options: Text Message Verification or Email Verification. Your telecommunications carrier may charge data usage fees for text message updates. Privacy Act Statement: Your information will be used to schedule an appointment for retail services and to identify and mitigate the effects of fraudulent transactions. Collection is authorized by 39 U.S.C. 401, 403, and 404. Providing the information is voluntary, but if not provided, USPS may be unable to provide this service. Information is not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as legally required or for limited circumstances authorized by the Privacy Act including: incident to legal proceedings, law enforcement purposes, congressional office requests, contractor agents, USPS auditors, labor organizations, government agencies, and customer service purposes. Final Step: Review & Confirm Appointment Details Review information and click "Confirm Details" to schedule appointment. After confirmation, you'll receive a final confirmation number. Review your: - Service Type - Contact Information - Post Office - Date - Time - Appointment Details (Arrive 10 minutes early) - Estimated USPS Charges Note: The Department of State charges additional fees for Passport Books and/or Cards as well as processing. See the Passport Fee Calculator. Passport Renewal Information: You cannot make passport renewal appointments online if you are eligible to renew by mail or renew online. See eligibility requirements. If not eligible to renew, close the box and choose one of the "New Passport" service options to schedule an in-person appointment. USPS Digital Photo Services: Online passport renewals require a digital photo. USPS offers digital photo services at many locations. Digital photos comply with all US Department of State regulations, saving time and reducing the possibility of application rejection. Identity Verification: If too many invalid codes are entered, you cannot make an appointment online. Your remaining option is to go in person during passport walk-in hours or search for additional USPS locations with passport walk-in hours.

Schedule a Redelivery

Schedule a Redelivery If we missed you when we tried to deliver your mail, you can schedule a Redelivery online using a tracking number or the barcode number shown on the back of your PS Form 3849, We ReDeliver for You! Redeliveries can be scheduled online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For same-day Redelivery, make sure your request is submitted by 2 AM CST Monday-Saturday or your Redelivery will be scheduled for the next day. Check to determine if Redelivery is available for your address. Step 1: Check if Redelivery is available for your address. The address must match the original delivery address. Users must provide first name, last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email to check availability. Step 2: Select packages for Redelivery. Enter a tracking or barcode number shown on the back of your PS Form 3849, We ReDeliver for You! All packages in a single Redelivery request must be associated to the same PS Form 3849. Tracking numbers are for an individual package. Barcode numbers can have multiple tracking numbers associated with it. Both tracking and barcode numbers are between 13 and 34 characters. Redelivery Types: USPS Smart Parcel Locker: If "USPS Smart Parcel Locker Eligible" is checked on the front of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice, you can have the package delivered to a USPS Smart Parcel Locker. Most electronic lockers are available 24/7 for you to get the package using a one-time pickup code. Pickup hours are based on the Post Office location hours. USPS Carrier Redelivery: Fill out the back of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice to let your carrier know when and where you'd like them to leave the package, then put the form in your mailbox. Customer Pickup: Go to the Post Office location written on the back of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice to pick up the package. Or you can send someone else to serve as your representative. Return to Sender by USPS: If you don't want to receive the package, USPS will send it back to the shipper with the endorsement "Return to Sender." Step 3: Confirm selections for Redelivery. You have specified Redelivery for the following tracking numbers. Select Confirm to proceed, or click Edit to modify a selection. Users must accept the Terms and Conditions for Redelivery to continue. Step 4: Sign up for Informed Delivery. Easily track your Redelivery request anytime, anywhere. Sign up for Informed Delivery notifications, a free feature that allows you to check the Redelivery status of your packages, preview incoming mail, and more. Mail and packages will populate your dashboard and daily notification in 2 to 5 business days. To track a package sooner, manually enter the tracking number into your dashboard. You can unsubscribe at any time. Search for an Existing Redelivery Request: Users can search for an existing redelivery request by providing their confirmation number and the associated email or phone number. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted before 2 AM CST on the day of the Redelivery.

If not, add more details in the Item Description and search again.
