The proposed safe room will accommodate 60 personnel, offering nearly absolute protection for a minimum of 24 hours. Additionally, the project includes the purchase and installation of a 1,000-kW generator, an Automatic Transfer Switch, and a fuel tank. These components ensure critical utility support and continuous operation during power outages, vital for emergency response efforts.
