State Rep. Jenna Persons-Mulicka | District 78
State Rep. Jenna Persons-Mulicka has represented House District 78 since her 2020 election, drawing on a sixth-generation family history in Lee County and a background in law.
Persons-Mulicka graduated from Fort Myers High School before earning an athletic scholarship to Evangel University. She earned her law degree from George Washington University Law School and returned to Southwest Florida to co-found the law firm Strayhorn & Persons-Mulicka, where she remains a partner.
In the Legislature, she chaired the House PreK-12 Budget Subcommittee and the House Local Administration, Special Districts and Federal Affairs Subcommittee. She serves on the Lee County Bar Association Executive Committee and co-chairs its History Committee.
Her work has earned her recognition as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star and placement on 40 Under 40 lists from Gulfshore Business and the Business Observer. She received the Autism Acceptance Champion of the Year, Greater Dunbar Initiative Community Impact Award, and Epilepsy Alliance Florida Champion of the Heart Award.
Persons-Mulicka lives in Fort Myers with her husband, David Mulicka, and their two children, Hunter and Charlie.
