Bonita Springs Launches Non-Emergency Dispatch Line

Bonita Springs residents seeking non-emergency assistance now have a dedicated phone number: 239-337-2000. The city established this Non-Emergency Dispatch Line to ensure emergency lines remain clear for critical incidents.

Residents should use the non-emergency number for general inquiries or to report non-emergency situations, such as minor incidents or requests for city service information. This allows dispatchers to focus on urgent calls for police, fire, or medical response.

The mailing address for Bonita Springs services is 26105 Hickory Boulevard, Bonita Springs, FL, 34134.
