Lebanon to Upgrade Railroad Crossing Signals at Two Intersections

Lebanon will modernize warning systems at railroad crossings on South River Street and South Main Street, installing new traffic signals at nearby intersections to coordinate with the crossing equipment.

The project includes upgrades at SR 123/South Main Street and West Sixth Street, and at South River Street and West Sixth Street. New signals will interconnect with railroad crossing gates to prevent vehicles from becoming trapped when trains pass through.

Work also includes ADA-compliant curb ramps and adjustments to ensure all warning devices meet national safety standards.
