Lakeland Regional Health Names New Chief Legal Officer
Lakeland Regional Health has appointed Jonn D. Hoppe as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel and named Robert E. Puterbaugh as Senior Counsel to the Board, effective June 1, 2015.

Lakeland Regional Health named Jonn D. Hoppe Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, a newly created position, effective June 1, 2015. Robert E. Puterbaugh will transition from General Counsel to Senior Counsel to the Board.
The health system established the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel role to centralize and strengthen its legal operations and guidance. Hoppe's appointment to this senior executive role supports this strategic objective.
In his new capacity, Puterbaugh will continue to provide legal expertise and strategic advice directly to the Lakeland Regional Health Board. Elaine C. Thompson, PhD, FACHE, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Robert E. Puterbaugh announced these changes.
