Lake Worth Public Records Request Process | Atlantis, FL

Lake Worth residents requesting public records, including body-worn camera or dashcam video, can submit their requests in person, by mail, by phone, or by email to Records Custodian Megan Legall at [email protected].

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for body-worn camera or dashcam video requests. The city will then provide a quote for the total cost. Processing will begin once the full fee is paid.

Requests will be considered withdrawn if the deposit is not received within 15 days.

Residents can create a website account to manage notification subscriptions and save form progress. The search autocomplete feature is currently unavailable due to technical difficulties.
