Frank Pagan, 78, Jensen Beach: Remembered for Humor & Handiness

Frank Pagan, 78, of Jensen Beach, died peacefully Sept. 10, 2026, surrounded by family.

Born Franco Pagan on Feb. 20, 1948, in Lussinpiccolo, Italy, he immigrated with his family to Center Moriches, New York, in 1955. Pagan earned an associate degree in engineering and worked as a Senior Piping Designer, traveling extensively for his career.

He met Christa Hixon in Virginia in 1979. They married in 1982 and spent 44 years together in Jensen Beach, sharing their home with animals, family, and friends.

Pagan's family and friends recall his lively presence, his readiness with a joke and a story, and his ability to make others feel welcome. He could fix, build, or figure out almost anything, with the notable exception of printers.

He is survived by his wife, Christa Pagan; children Mason Clements (Bob Signorelli) and Sean Clements; grandchildren Brittany Bailey, Megan Clements, and CJ Clements; brother-in-law Robert Hixon (Cassie Hixon); sister-in-law Marky Pagan; and nieces and nephew Beth Collins, Matthew Hixon, Amy Hixon, Sarah Miller, Shelly Stephan, Stacee Stephan, Sheryl Null, and Michelle Falkosky.

Pagan was preceded in death by his parents, Antonio and Ida Pagan; brothers Antonio “Tony” Pagan and Joseph “Joe” Pagan; mother-in-law Olga Hixon; and stepson Cory Clements.
