Lake Worth Beach residents can contribute to the statewide Peanut Butter Challenge, a community donation drive accepting unopened, unexpired jars of peanut butter through Nov. 13.
All peanut butter collected across Palm Beach County will go to local food pantries, directly supporting families facing food insecurity.
Donations are accepted at 559 N. Military Trail and 531 N. Military Trail in West Palm Beach, and at the UF/IFAS EREC facility at 3200 E. Palm Beach Rd. in Belle Glade.
Businesses, organizations and county departments can sign up to host a drop-off location. To participate or learn more, contact Yesenia Rodriguez at [email protected] or 561-233-1740.
Organizers encourage the community to spread the word using the hashtag #PBChallenge.
