Key Biscayne residents will soon see improvements along a significant stretch of Harbor Drive. The Village, in partnership with Miami-Dade County, will repave and enhance the roadway from Crandon Boulevard to West Mashta Drive. Mobility Impact Fee funds are financing the project.

The upgrades will include roadway resurfacing, curb and concrete repairs, and utility adjustments. New pavement markings and updated signage will also enhance traffic flow and safety, with patterned pavement incorporated in select areas. Traffic management plans will aim to minimize disruptions during construction.
