PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NICEVILLE PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MEETING DATE: Tuesday, April 16, 2024 TIME: 6:00 PM PLACE: City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Partin Drive North, Niceville, FL 32578 The Planning & Zoning Board will hold a regular meeting on the above date and time. The agenda will include, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Minutes from the previous meeting 3. Public Hearings (if any) 4. Old Business 5. New Business: a. Review and recommendation on proposed zoning amendment(s). b. Site plan review for [Specific Project Name, if available]. 6. Board Member Comments 7.
